Laws differ by country and state
Many articles discuss Italian and European rules, such as EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency and Italian Legislative Decree 96/2026. Rules differ between countries (Italy, Brazil, the United States) and, in the US, between federal, state and local law; they depend on collective agreements and change over time. Each piece reflects what was known on its publication date and is not necessarily updated. Before making decisions, always check the official text of the law and get qualified advice.
Examples, stories and data
The “reward stories” and cases described are anonymized or written for illustration: names, companies and figures are changed, and any resemblance to real people or companies is coincidental. Market data comes from third-party sources, always cited, which may contain errors or be out of date. Sample templates, ranges and calculations must be adapted to your organization.

Advertising, sponsorships and affiliate links
Reward Stories currently publishes no sponsored content or affiliate links. If that changes, they will always be clearly disclosed (for example “Ad” or “Sponsored”) at the start of the content, as the advertising rules in the United States (FTC Endorsement Guides), Italy and Brazil require. Paid Reward Stories products and courses, when available, will have their own terms of sale.
Reader letters and comments
Questions sent to the “Ask Reward Stories” column may be published anonymously and edited for clarity or length. Do not send confidential company information or other people’s personal data. I may decline to publish, or remove, comments that are offensive, defamatory or off topic.
Reporting a problem
If you believe any content infringes your rights (copyright, image, personal data) or contains an error, email reward.stories.contact@gmail.com identifying the content and the reason. I review every request and, where it is justified, correct or remove the content promptly.
Privacy and newsletter
The email address you give for the newsletter or a guide is used only to send you Reward Stories, in line with the EU GDPR (Regulation 2016/679) and, for readers in Brazil, the LGPD (Law 13,709/2018). Emails are managed through WordPress.com (Automattic). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, and ask for access to or deletion of your data by writing to the address below.
Changes and governing law
This page may be updated; the date at the top shows the current version. Italian law applies, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country or state where you live.
